Bits & pieces made throughout '09

Time has certainly flown ! Things got crazy towards the latter part of '09 which saw me become lazy with blogging anything more than " I am sorry !!! " & well things haven't gotten much better BUT hopefully things are changing now that we are into a new year & I am settling into this new life we have found ourselves in.

So I decided to finally update with some of the stuff I made throughout '09 ....
I shall start at the beginning !

This was my first major sewing adventure with my machine besides fixing old clothes & just playing 'round. I was desperate for a new nappy bag & wasn't allowed to buy a new one, soooo I made one instead ! All I had was this cute flannelette at that point & figured it was probably better I do a trial run on something like this than on a gorgeous fabric that if I ruined I would cry over !



I had left overs so figured why not make a matching pram liner too !!! As one does :P


These were a range of items ... Flongies & florties for a friend's little man & new bubba girl as well as Master G plus a little comfort blankie/ mini taggie for the said new bubba girl, who is now just a smidge over 12mths old ! Time does fly !
